Breaking the Chains
A book-club style study group for women open to exploring practical tools for building resilience, healthy relationships, and emotional balance.
Group sessions will guide members to find hope, healing, & balance through their lived experience. Examples of topics include but are not limited to:
explore the meaning of emotional sobriety
learning how bodies process emotion
understanding attachment & self-regulation
developing emotional literacy
relationship trauma & the family, etc.
Gathering Details
WHEN: Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 pm
Beginning September 2nd (held the 1st & 4th Wednesday each month)
This group is scheduled to meet for 18 sessions (see dates on attached schedule)
WHERE: HYBRID-VIRTUAL GROUP
We will meet @ Plaza 29, 2909 Washington Blvd
(upstairs- conference room on 9/2/26, for those who cannot make it in person, virtual will still be an option.)
There will be 3 additional dates we will plan to meet in person but virtual remains an option.
PRICE: $35 a session; accepts insurance and HSA
