Men’s group is an in person group focused on giving men a place and time to meet with others and discuss daily life stressors, and learn new ways of managing their mental, and emotional health.

Connections of the Mind, Body, and Spirit
A mindfulness telehealth group session focused on mindfulness techniques as well as essential life skills.
Skills will be taught through creative mediums and fun interactive experiences. Skills will promote resiliency and assist in strengthening each member’s emotional, physical, and mental well-being.

Connecting with You
Join us as MBS Wellness hosts a parent centered group based on the work of Russell Barkely, PhD. Dr. Barkley is a neuropsychologist and internationally recognized expert in ADHD/ADD. Dr. Barkely authored the book Your Defiant Child and Defiant Children: A Clinician’s Manual for Assessment and Parent Training, which this group is based on. This group focuses on children and youth between ages 4-12.

Join us as MBS Wellness hosts a parent centered group based on the work of Russell Barkley, PhD. Dr. Barkley is a neuropsychologist and internationally recognized expert in ADHD/ADD. Dr. Barkley authored several books on the topic including Your Defiant Teen: 10 Steps to Resolve Conflict and Rebuild Your Relationship which this group is based on.
